With hand, heart and head: homemade good things
Our estate is located in rural eastern Munich, where everything is produced from a single source — from field to plate. In addition to our own farm with animal husbandry, our company includes an artisanal butcher shop with our own slaughterhouse, a natural sourdough bakery and our specialty cuisine.
In our courses on good food, we show how real food is made from high-quality ingredients with craftsmanship. Whether baking with natural sourdough, sausages, preparing meat, cooking or other culinary topics — with us, you can lend a hand and try it out for yourself.
Our courses are led by experienced masters from our craft. In doing so, we not only impart valuable knowledge about food and its production, but above all the joy of making and experiencing things yourself.
Our craft workshop
Our craft workshop offers the perfect setting for our courses, but also for company parties, family parties or a convivial evening with friends. The cozy and inspiring place invites you to immediately feel at home, enjoy together and get active yourself.
The craft workshop can accommodate up to 50 people and is therefore ideal for private and business events. Art, pictures and lovely details create a special atmosphere — uncomplicated, warm and a bit different.
