What an interesting afternoon! Everything about ice cream etc. was told and shown to us with a lot of passion. Very interesting! No question remained unanswered. The highlight was to try the freshly made hazelnut ice cream, here gelato (made from milk), right after production. Insane! Incomparably delicious! 🤩 Especially the feeling that you consume much less fat compared to making with cream. The blueberry ice cream made afterwards, made with water and fruit, also tasted so delicious 😋! If we hadn't already tried 12 varieties (one tastier than the other... 🤩) before that, we would have loved to eat even more. But we couldn't anymore... We'll just make up for that on a next visit... 👍🏽 Thanks again for this interesting afternoon!!! 👌🏽😉👍🏽

🍦 Gelato love: Your 2.5-hour workshop in Bremen City Do

you love ice cream, but want more than just “a scoop in a waffle”? Then it's time to get behind the counter yourself! In 150 minutes, we'll transform you from a gourmet into a hobby gelatee.


Here is your schedule for the ultimate ice cream event at Gelateria Da Ros.

🕒 The timetable (duration: approx. 2.5 hours)

1. Espresso check-in & product knowledge

Welcome: We start in style with an Italian coffee.

The secret: What is the difference between ice cream and real gelato? (Spoiler: It has to do with air, fat content and lots of amore).

Ingredients check: We smell and taste each other through pistachios from Sicily and real vanilla.

2. “Mani in Pasta” — Get on the machines

Mix it: We will prepare two bases together (milk ice cream & fruity sorbet).

The magic moment: The liquid mixture goes into the professional ice cream maker. We watch how the consistency becomes perfectly creamy.

Refining: While the machine is working, we prepare “Variegati” — these are the delicious sauce marble originals in ice cream.

3. The big tasting & creative session

Warm from the machine: The first spoon is released immediately — an incomparable taste experience!

Topping bar: We create our own signature cups with nuts, sauces, and fruits.

Blind tasting: Have you tasted our secret ingredient of the day?

4. Bottling a gelato diploma & goodies: Each participant can

fill a cup of their homemade gelato for themselves at home.

Recipe corner: You will receive instructions for your gelato luck at home (even without a professional machine!).
