Decker wine school, wine tasting & 7-course menu, sommelier

My name is Nicole Deckers, my life has revolved around enjoyment, gastronomy & special events for many years. Together with my husband Michael, we have been successfully running “Deckers Catering Die Feinkostmanufaktur” for over 20 years and since 2014, we have been offering events in the event rooms of the “Jägerho f Biblis” with an all-round carefree package for weddings, corporate events, company training & team building. Numerous companies such as FUJI, Novartis Pharma, Südzucker, Hessian State Chancellery are among our customers. Another matter close to my heart is the world of wine. After completing WSET Level” & WSET Level 3, it resulted in Nicole Deckers Wine School. My aim is to get people excited about wine, to understand the connections between them and at the same time to discover their own taste. During my wine evenings, we combine in-depth wine knowledge with enjoyment, good food, 7-course menu, & a relaxed atmosphere.

My theme evenings take us to exciting growing regions and countries around the world. From German Riesling to France to Alsace or the Loire, to Piedmont and on to Chianti, Mallorca & Portugal, but also to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and much more. There are also special events such as “Sensorik”, “Sparkling wines from Champagne, Crémant, Prosecco & Co.” Or “New World vs. Old World” A special feature of my evenings is the combination of “wine & cuisine”, which means that we serve another 7-course menu tailored to the wines each time.
