Get to know Biofee
I live in a small oasis in Krumpendorf am Wörthersee with my wonderful husband David — Shiatsu teacher, knowledge of character, physicist and pioneering spirit, our daughter Sybille — story inventor, language artist and craft fairy, Merlis popcorn and crumbs — wild herbs and cucumber lover and our cat Cosima.
What makes me happy:
Roam through woods and meadows - collect and snack on mushrooms, berries and herbs — pick flowers — unwind with loved ones — sink in deep snow and trace my tracks — harvest vegetables from your own garden and immediately conjure up a delicious lunch — good food 😉
In my (cooking) world, everything revolves around the variety of foods and their colors, smells, flavors, consistencies and their effect on our body and mind. A sensual kitchen, that's what I would call mine.
1. It makes sense because I only use organic (bios=alive), wholesome food and that benefits the body and the environment
2. It appeals to all 5 senses. The eyes enjoy the composition on the plate, the scent rises straight into the nose and then the anticipation of the first bite comes creamy, crispy, soft, crunchy, refreshing, warming, sweet-sour-salty-bitter-spicy... and a mhhhhhh for the ear
