Get to know Ahoi Marie
I've been roasting coffee in the middle of Barmbek since early 2023. The Ahoi Marie roastery is the mother ship, the center of my independent work and my heart's desire after many years of Ahoi Marie Tassen. The roastery is a field of experimentation, from which concepts and ideas should arise.
