Get to know Aerial Arts and Acrobatics
Our lessons at Aerial Arts & Acrobatics are aimed at everyone, regardless of previous experience or individual physical requirements. We work at different levels and attach great importance to individual support for everyone. Because every body is unique — with its own options, strengths and preferences. Our goal is for everyone to be able to use aerial acrobatics in the way that suits them best — whether as a hobby, to improve fitness or on the way to stage art.
We focus on creative freedom. We see aerial artistry as a form of expression and promote both technical and artistic development. In our trainings, we teach various tricks and techniques, help build strength and mobility and pay particular attention to healthy practice. In doing so, we follow the principle: Every day brings something new! Successes are immediately visible, whether through learned figures, improved technology or increased strength and control.
In addition to individual training, we also develop choreographies and work specifically towards presentations and shows. This creates a collaborative experience that promotes body awareness, self-confidence and creativity.
Our groups are mixed and open to anyone who wants to try out and develop! Be a part of us!
