About this class
Take a break and enjoy 3 hours full of creativity, peace and relaxation. Together, we flow through meditations, yoga sessions and painting sessions with acrylic paint. All materials are included. No previous knowledge is required to participate.
The event is led by Zita and Pia, who founded YAVO Yoga & Art Events in the summer of 2024 and combine their two passions, which always help them find peace and serenity in everyday life.
What you’ll do in the class
The event consists of guided meditation, a yoga flow and a creative painting session with acrylic paints. The result is your very own abstract work of art, which you then take home as a reminder. Our motto is: Make your mind the most beautiful thing about you.
No previous experience required - come as you are. For more peace and serenity.
Who is the class suitable for?
For everyone who is in the mood for a creative and relaxed workshop of a special kind. You don't need any previous painting or yoga experience. Yoga and meditation take place on a yoga mat, the painting session sitting on the floor.
