Find your inner peace — yoga for body, mind and soul
Are you longing for more balance and clarity in your everyday life? Would you like to reduce stress, let go and live more in the moment, in touch with your feelings and needs?
Yoga is the ideal way to balance body, mind and soul. Every Tuesday, we meet in a small, personal group for Hatha Yoga.
In a relaxed atmosphere, we practice breathing exercises, postures (asanas) and meditation together — for more mindfulness and inner balance.
How does this activity work?
What to expect:
- Initial and final relaxation for a smooth start and end
- Breathing exercises to manage stress and improve concentration
- Asanas (postures) that strengthen, stretch and give you more flexibility
- Meditation to calm the mind and enjoy the moment
Each lesson is unique and individually designed — sometimes we focus on a specific area of the body such as the hips, sometimes we focus on topics such as self-love or grounding. There is no “right” or “wrong” — you simply listen to your body and practice at your own pace.
Who should definitely take part?
This course is ideal for anyone who wants to integrate more mindfulness into their everyday life — regardless of previous knowledge. Whether you're a yoga beginner or experienced, you can start at any time and practice at your own pace.
