About this class
Dive into a very special break at our Yoga & DIY painting workshop in Thedinghausen and leave everyday life behind. An inspiring afternoon full of relaxation, movement and creative development awaits you.
In a total of three hours, you will first experience a soothing Hatha yoga session that gently activates your body and relieves tension. You will then dive deep into relaxation with a guided meditation and find inner peace. But not only that: In the creative part of the workshop, you create your own individual painting necklace from healing stones (with 27 pearls), which not only serves as a piece of jewelry, but also as a valuable meditation and mindfulness tool.
All necessary materials are included in the price, and best of all, you don't need any previous knowledge to take part in this workshop. At the end of the day, you will not only take home your own painting necklace, but also a feeling of lasting relaxation and inspiration that will accompany you in everyday life for a long time to come.
This workshop is the perfect setting to balance body, mind and soul and give yourself a well-deserved break.

The course takes place with a minimum of 6 people. If there are fewer registrations, the booking will be rebooked to an alternative date.
