Class description
My workshop “Psychology in between - less negative things, more ease” is suitable for everyone, regardless of whether or not there is previous experience in the field of “positive thinking”.
What can I expect from the “Positive Thinking” workshop?
It's no secret that a positive and optimistic mindset makes us feel happier... and yet that's not always easy in everyday life. This small workshop is intended to provide ideas, exercises and suggestions in a cozy atmosphere that help you see the good sides even on nasty days and give space to discover beautiful things that you may not have noticed so far. The exchange within the group should also open up valuable new perspectives - on an absolutely voluntary basis, everything can be told, nothing has to be said. The exercises, including the theory behind them, are all tried out in practice and can be taken home in the form of accompanying material, so that in the best case scenario, you leave the workshop with a small “toolbox”, a warm feeling and a smile.
Who is the “Positive Thinking” workshop suitable for?
This workshop is suitable for anyone who longs for more positivity in everyday life. Regardless of whether you are already at a point of promoting optimism or simply curious about developing positive ways of thinking — this course offers practical exercises and suggestions to help you recognize the good side of life.
