Welcome to the exotic world of Indian cuisine
full of aromatic spices, delicious taste and numerous healthy ingredients. Vegetarian food is an essential part of authentic Indian cuisine. The spices and herbs used bring meatless food to life and transform the basic ingredients into exotic, tempting and tasty dishes. We use fresh seasonal ingredients and use various cooking techniques to create an authentic Indian taste experience. Together with Anupama Jain, you will cook authentic Indian dishes
There will be:
- Appetizer: Nimbu Shikanji — homemade lemon lemonade
- Starter: Rawa Dhokla & Dhaniya Chutney (steamed semolina cake with coriander chutney)
- Main course: Dal Tadka, Ghee Jeera Rice, Paneer Paratha, Kakdi Raita (Dal Tadka Yellow Lentils with Tomatoes, Onions and Spices, Ghee Kaju Rice — Basmati Rice with Cashew Nuts, Paneer Paratha — Bread with Indian Cheese Filling, Kakdi Raita — Cucumber Yogurt Dip)
- Dessert: Kheer (Kheer Indian rice pudding)
