Since I've always spent a lot of time in Asia in recent years, especially in Bali and Thailand, I've become very familiar with this cuisine. That's why it always annoys me when I often find extremely Germanised aromas and tastes in restaurants.
On this evening, you will learn what the tastes and spices of Asia are all about and we will prepare delicious raw vegan variants of Asian classics, which are guaranteed to be in no way inferior in taste to the original.
The following dishes await you:
- Kaffir lime cream on cucumber
- Dim sum: Chinese dumplings with sweet and sour umeboshi
- RawShi: Raw vegan sushi interpreted with probiotic wasabi
- Phad Thai: A Thai noodle dish interpreted raw vegan
- Coconut ice cream in chocolate, mango and jackfruit bed with cashew cocoa clusters
How does this activity work?
There is a lot of input and knowledge on my part and the recipes for you afterwards, of course, so that you can imitate the dishes at home.
In keeping with the food and philosophy, there are great natural wines in the evening, which you can also order by the glass.
