What you’ll do in the class
- Collect and store things at home that are normally thrown away or end up in bulky waste
- Be inspired by all kinds of materials
- From simple tetra packs to metal or plastic parts, you can collect everything for the upcycling workshop!
- We can also use defective machines
- Or ask about plexiglass scraps and the like in the treasure trove the next time you visit the hardware store
- In this way, we ensure that less waste is produced and do something for the environment
- In our upcycling workshop in Cologne, you can choose between floor lamp and hanging lamp and realize your own project
- We transform the materials you bring with you into expressive forms. We also have a good selection of found objects
- The desired color scheme gives your work the final kick
- Concrete lamps are cast, drilled and, if desired, distorted, colored and decorated
- A combination of concrete casting and recycling of upcycled material is also possible
- When the lamp is complete, we add the light as an artistic element and set an additional creative accent with the orientation and strength of the bulb
We reserve the right to cancel the course at least one week before the start if the minimum number of participants of five people is not reached.
