About this class
In this pottery course in Wuppertal, you will spend a small group of creative time at the turntable and design your own ceramic pieces. In the September studio, we will calmly show you how to make a vessel out of clay: from centering to your finished unique piece. Then go for yourself, try it out and get to know the sound at your own pace. Since the course is limited to a maximum of 4 people, there is enough room for personal support and a relaxed shared experience. The workshop includes everything you need for your 1-2 workpieces, including material, fire and glaze. Snacks and drinks are also available for you. For larger groups of up to 8 people, the hand building course is recommended as a creative alternative.
Good to know: Clay is usually easy to wash out. However, beige or gray residues may remain visible on light or white clothing. Since pottery is a living craft, small cracks or blemishes occur in rare cases when dried or fired. We will, of course, handle your pieces carefully and attentively.
