Pottery course: Shape & paint your favorite ceramics
Dive into the fascinating world of pottery!
This course takes you through the entire ceramic process. Using the overmolding and molding technique, you create 1-2 individual sound treasures for your home, balcony or garden.
About 2 weeks after the first fire, you will come back to my workshop to paint your clay treasures. I then coat your ceramics with a transparent glaze and burn them a second time.
On request, I can color design your sound treasures so that the second appointment is omitted for you.
Enjoy relaxing and creative hours in which you not only create unique clay treasures, but also pamper your hands with a free scrub.
Everyone who wants to relax and be productive while doing arts and crafts is welcome. No previous experience is required.
What you’ll do in the class
- You learn the basics of a fascinating craft
- I will guide you step by step
- guaranteed success: 1-2 of our own ceramics
- About 2 weeks after the first fire, you can paint and print your clay treasures in color on Tuesdays (from 18:00) or Saturdays (from 12:00) - I'll show you painting techniques with a guarantee of success.
- I then do the transparent glazing & glaze firing
- On request, I will color your sound treasures so that the second appointment is omitted for you.
- When your clay treasures are ready, we will arrange a pick-up date
