Discover your creative side in the pottery hand building course. ⭐️
We work in a light-flooded artist's studio, where you can create your ceramic pieces with your hands and then paint them using the Engobe technique.
The course is led by Funda - She studied visual arts in England and also successfully obtained her diploma and master student title at the University of Arts.
K Studio Keramik & Mal Atelier, is a place for all those who need a break from fast-paced everyday life.
The material clay in the hand training course has a relaxing effect and, with vital powers, is the ideal partner for finding inner peace.
The unconventional studio, surrounded by painting, ceramics and creativity, which offers the perfect location for the unique experience of working with sound, stimulates lightness, joy and attention to breathe and live in the moment.
Everyone is welcome and is looking forward to having fun making pottery with you. We are already looking forward to the course with you!

Technique: Construction technology
In this pottery course, you will create your own ceramic objects and learn various construction techniques. + use the engobe technique by being able to paint your pieces yourself.
From thumb technique to bead technique, we will try out the techniques together step by step and produce ceramic pieces & if you want, you can use creative texture and surface methods.
Clay construction techniques impress with the beauty of imperfection. We then offer the opportunity to paint your objects using the Engobe technique.
Please bring old clothes or aprons so that you can really get started and of course lots of fun and joy, because there is nothing wrong in this workshop, everything is unique because you are unique

How does this activity work?
After the greeting in front of main entrance door in front of the building, we take the elevator together to the studio floor which is located nice and bright on 4th floor. (its wheelchair friendly)
After a short introduction, we will gain an insight into the different construction techniques and try out the techniques ourselves and make two pieces of ceramic with organic clay.
Cafe / water are available. Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the building.
Who should definitely take part?
The course is ideal for beginners or advanced, all levels, who want to immerse themselves in the world of pottery. No previous knowledge is required.
We are happy to find an individual appointment during the week for groups of between 3 and 7 people.
No matter whether team building workshops, birthdays or bachelor parties. Even for Individual Children we are there and ready to have fun !
