About this class
Regular adult-focused workshops run in four parts:
Arrival & warm-up - breath, grounding, and silliness.
Skill exercises - focused drills on a rotating theme (stillness, status, mask, props) with clear goals.
Coached performance - perform alone or in groups with feedback from the trainer.
Closing - reflection on events, feedback from the group.
Newcomers get accessible on-ramps; experienced clowns get tailored pushes. Sessions are 3 hours. For those who fit the ensemble, there’s an optional rehearsal track leading to regular performances.

What to bring to the class
Comfortable shoes, clothing you can move in, aim for clothing that is more neutral in color and does not have text or imagery. Not required, but it can help. If you have a nose, bring one.

Weekly, as interest and availability allow. This is a new project, so things are still getting built.
Who is the class suitable for?
Neurodivergents, people who enjoy being playful, performers, people who wish they could have performed but never did, or only a little, the curious. Truly anyone has a place in clowning.

Hi, I’m Jye, a Berlin-based clown, artist, and trainer. I teach theatrical clown classes to build presence, play, and resilient vulnerability. Each session targets a clear skill, so you gain something each time. Expect structured activities, and guidance to make it easy and accessible.
