About this class
Do you often feel overwhelmed, exhausted or constantly under pressure? Then you've come to the right place in my workshop for sustainable stress management in everyday life.
What to expect:
We develop effective strategies that help you make your life more relaxed, systematically reduce stress and find a healthy work-life balance.
In doing so, we focus on the following aspects:
- Stress from outside: You will learn how to minimize external stress factors and thus relieve your everyday life in a targeted manner.
- Stress from within: You find out where your personal stress intensifiers lie and how you can consciously alleviate them in order to put less pressure on yourself.
- Targeted balance: We practice simple relaxation techniques and develop a personal plan for regular relaxation in everyday life.
At the end of the workshop, you will have learned practical strategies for reducing stress and preventing stress, which you can apply immediately — for a more relaxed, balanced life.
What you’ll do in the class
The workshop takes place in a small group so that everyone can actively participate. For this purpose, we use a quiet room in an osteopathy practice in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
You can expect questions, answers, self-knowledge, well-founded strategies, practical exercises and, of course, fun!
To keep things relaxed, we take breaks in between. Drinks (water, apple spritzer, tea) and small snacks are provided.
Who is the class suitable for?
Anyone who often feels stressed and wants to learn how to reduce and prevent stress at various levels in order to finally live a more relaxed life again.
