In addition to T-bone and flank steak, you will learn many other cuts as well as tips and tricks about grilling. While your meat takes on its golden crust on the grill, you will learn many different steak preparation techniques, as well as how to use a gas or charcoal grill correctly. Finally, the various steaks are of course tasted together.

Where does the barbecue course take place?
The barbecue course takes place in the beautiful Werksviertel, in the middle of Munich. The Werksviertel Munich combines living, and working in a unique way. In the middle of the state capital Munich and perfectly connected to the existing infrastructure.

The courses all take place outdoors, so appropriate clothing for the weather is recommended. The majority of work is done while standing; seating is only available to order.
