About this class
Matcha is currently attracting a lot of attention, but at the same time it is often reduced to a trendy drink. It is important for us to show what is really behind it.
In our workshops, small groups create space to better understand matcha, try it out for yourself and have a good time together.
The workshop lasts around 1.5 hours and is intended for groups of 4 to 12 people, for example for birthdays, bachelor parties or team events. It takes place in our studio in Heidelberg or at your location.
You will get an introduction to the origin and characteristics of matcha, learn the differences to green tea and prepare your own matcha step by step. A joint tasting of different varieties is also part of the workshop.
The workshops are led by Marco and Alica, both with a background in hospitality and many years of experience with specialty coffee and ceremonial matcha.
