Everyone talks about barbecues, but there are also summer days without barbecues.
In this course, we consciously use foods that help us to endure the heat better and are also super delicious.
On this day, you will prepare 6 different vegetarian Mediterranean dishes in our cooking class in Cologne.
Light, super delicious and made from the best ingredients, with a cooling effect:
- Pepperonata with gratinated goat cheese
- caramelized fennel with feta and pine nuts
- Mediterranean ciabatta salad
- various pesti on small tortilla shops
- Estate Quadrupla spelt tarte
- lukewarm bean and tomato vegetables with fried mozzarella
