Experience an exceptional rum & chocolate tasting experience — from the comfort of your own home in Munich!
This tasting combines six high-quality rums with selected chocolates — hearty and sweet. Vintage rums, Caribbean specialities, Valrhona and organic chocolates from France and Austria will be tasted.
There is also a short introduction to the production of rum and chocolate. If you want, you can round off the evening with a suitable cigar (which is of course preserved). The atmosphere is relaxed, the music plays in the background, the focus is on taste and quality — not on show.
For everyone who not only wants to drink rum, but also wants to understand it.
Menu for the rum chocolate tasting:
Starter:
* Chocolate truffles with sea salt and roasted almonds
* Accompanied by a glass of dark, spicy rum from the Caribbean
Intermediate course:
* chocolate ravioli | chavroux | rosemary | nut butter
* Served with a glass of light, fruity rum from Barbados
main course:
* Almox beef | chocolate jus | chilli | sweet potato | coriander
* Enjoy a strong, dark rum with notes of oak and spices
Dessert:
* Valhrona chocolate mousse | caramelized banana | salted caramel | olive
* Rounded off with a glass of sweet, aromatic rum from Jamaica

What you’ll do in the class
Rum & chocolate tasting process:
The host provides space and seating. We'll bring rum, chocolate, and accessories. After a short introduction, we start the tasting: six rums combined with various chocolate dishes. In between, there is information about origin, production and combination. On request: cigar tasting.
There is also relaxed hip-hop — the vibe is relaxed, the tasting is clear but relaxed. No presentation, no obligation — just a good evening with good taste. Duration: approx. 2 hours
