Class description
The tea bowl has such a simple shape. However, when you live and immerse yourself in this form, you can say that you start with the tea bowl and stop with it. Kaneshige Michiaki
Get involved in the sound and discover what's in you. In this course, you will not only learn Japanese sound technology, but you will also take home a nice tea bowl. As individual and unique as yours. However, the shaped pieces cannot be fired on the same day, as they must first dry and then be screwed in an electric oven.
What is the process?
- The course starts with a small theory unit
- Here you have the opportunity to glaze two pieces that I have screwed
- During the dry phase of approx. 1 hour, I will guide you through the gallery
- You can then burn your glazed parts yourself in the Raku oven
