- Reflection tasks to prepare for the meeting
- Coaching on site in a quiet stable north of Hamburg
- Getting to know the horse and discussing the results of the reflection
- Constellation work with symbols and horse on the fenced square
- Support through specific questions and reflection by the horse
- Conclusion with a clear vision and strategy for action
- Follow-up with photos, text and audio to deepen the findings
