Your baking set!
For the baking class, the postman will bring your baking set to your house a few days in advance. You don't have to shop anymore!
The baking set contains all bread flours, a booklet to read with additional information and recipes that are sure to work, and professional accessories. A weck jar that is good for taking care of your sourdough later on and is already filled with “Alfred”, your sourdough to start.
The bread flours, in organic quality, are handmade by the Drax Mühle and with great attention to the product. This allows you to get started right after the baking class and bake a second loaf of bread.
Where does the bread baking course take place?
The baking class takes place in the comfort of your own home. You will receive a link to join the course via Zoom meeting. Here we will develop our bread baking skills together under guidance.
