What you’ll do in the class

After arriving together, we start with a short introduction to nature journaling and then dive into the world of lichens.

Arrival & introduction: You will learn the basics of nature journaling and record observations of nature on paper
Discovering lichens: Together we take a closer look at different lichens and explore their lifestyle and growth patterns
Explore patterns: With a magnifying glass and a curious eye, you discover colors, surfaces, branches and growth patterns
Basics of drawing: Anni shows you how to create natural motifs from simple lines and basic shapes
Get creative: You develop your own patterns and illustrations from the shapes you have discovered
Your journaling page: Finally, combine your knowledge, observations and drawings into a separate page
Exchange & inspiration: We look at the resulting work together and give you ideas for afterwards

No previous drawing experience is required. The focus is on looking closely, discovering and enjoying creative work.
