Class description

Our Mental Balance Workshop offers an interactive workshop for anyone who wants to strengthen their psychological well-being and resilience. You will be introduced to the basic concepts of psychology, which aim to deepen your understanding of your mental health and to be able to meet life challenges more easily.

In addition to theoretical input, you will have the opportunity to pause and connect with yourself through self-reflection tools and guided mindfulness exercises in order to be able to initiate desired developments in your life.
