About this class
When singing mantras, you dive into the power of a Buddhist-inspired mantra together with others. In the midst of nature, we sing for about 30 minutes, accompanied by sound, silence and mindful presence. The course invites you to move from thinking to feeling, to find inner peace and to return to everyday life strengthened — without any previous knowledge.
What you’ll do in the class
We meet at the Kurhaus in the Volksgarten and walk together for a few minutes to our place in the countryside. There we start with a short introduction to the topic of mantra and the mantra that we sing on that day. We then sing together for about 30 minutes — carried by sound, voice and silence. After that, you have time to explore in silent presence with yourself. Finally, there is room for exchange in a relaxed atmosphere.
The course takes place outside and only in dry weather.

The course is suitable for anyone who longs for peace, inner balance and connection — regardless of previous knowledge. Whether you're singing mantra for the first time or already have experience, you're welcome just the way you are.
