Have you always wanted to paint like Bob Ross, the likeable painter known on television, with a calm voice and a distinctive Afro look?
Learn one or the other, or even both, painting techniques in my studio at Kulturweberei Zwickau.
Why Bob Ross anyway?
Bob Ross developed the unique wet-on-wet technique of oil painting. This allows us to paint an oil painting in one day. We working people and people who are always under stress can take a little creative break and have fun. On top of that, you'll discover abilities that will inspire you. Quote Bob Ross, “Anyone can paint.”
How does such a course actually work?
The courses take place in my studio in an old Zwickau factory building with a very special charm. We paint a given landscape motif in the style of Bob Ross. Our day course starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends around 4:00 p.m., when each participant has completed their painting.
We learn the wet-on-wet technique step by step with Bob Ross's special brushes and oil paints. In between, there is of course a break and time for a coffee.
Between 6 and 8 painting enthusiasts take part.
