Class description
Great for relaxing and recharging with renewed vigor and positivity. During these days, you will receive an introduction to the numerous aspects of yoga and meditation. Experience yoga and meditation through body and breathing exercises, meditation, mantra singing, and more.
The introductory course gives you the opportunity to get to know yoga in a relaxed and understandable way. On a weekend from Friday to Sunday, you will dive into yoga theory and practice, learn basic techniques and receive valuable tips for your own practice at home. Two daily yoga classes and meditation sessions help you relax, recharge your batteries and integrate what you have learned into your everyday life.
The Yoga Vidya Ashram offers ideal conditions for beginners and beginners: experienced guidance, an inspiring environment with beautiful nature and a varied program. In addition to yoga and meditation, you can enjoy lectures, hikes, massages and vegan food. Suitable without previous knowledge, the seminar is a gentle introduction to the world of yoga that helps you rediscover your body and well-being.
How does this activity work?
Day of arrival
Please arrive by 19:00 at the latest.
Arrival possible from 1 p.m.; room available from 3 p.m.
4.30 p.m. (Fri./Sun.) (other days: 4:15 p.m.) asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation.
6:00 p.m. Dinner.
20:00 actual start of the seminar with meditation, mantra singing, presentation, presentation.

Notes:
- To get the most out of the program, please refrain from eating meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, hashish, marijuana, etc. during the seminar and take part in all course programs. Smoking is possible outside the premises.
- The seminar starts punctually at 20:00 with meditation, followed by presentation of the program. Please arrive on time. The rooms are available from 15:00. There is a yoga class at 4:30pm (Fri/Sun, other days: 4:15pm) and dinner at 6:00pm. Weekend seminars end on Sunday at around 14:30/15:00
Who should definitely take part?
The course is aimed at anyone interested in yoga and spiritual development. No previous experience is required — beginners are welcome!
