What you’ll do in the class
At the beginning of the workshop, you will be brought into the here and now through deep, conscious breathing, short meditations or imaginary trips, for example. These effective exercises will help you relax your body and leave the stress of the day behind you. We then focus on a topic of mindfulness, which we then address and incorporate into our creative work, such as sayings or wisdom - be it painting with acrylic paints, painting with watercolors, drawing with fineliner, doodling or crafting.
