How does the Tapas Kochkurs work?
The 4-hour Tapas Kochkurs in Leipzig will give you an introduction to Spanish cuisine and delicious tapas dishes:
- 12-14 different Spanish tapas are prepared in small groups
- We will try out simple as well as sophisticated tapas recipes
- Classic tapas dishes such as tortilla, aioli and patatas bravas are definitely included
- Optionally, all tapas recipes can also be made vegetarian
