- Maki rolls with different fillings
- inside-out rolls
- California and Philadelphia rolls.
We also make some onigiri (Japanese rice cakes). For dessert, we serve matcha green tea with caramelized sesame seeds.
The chef will give you lots of tips and tricks for preparing Japanese sushi.
Depending on the location of the event, hot dishes may also be offered. For example:
- Steamed edamame
- Yakitori Japanese BBQ
- Glass noodle salad
- Yakisoba- fried noodles and miso glazed eggplant
If the location of the event is in your company building, the menu will be adapted accordingly.
How does this activity work?
The participants work in groups of 2 or 3 people. Each group prepares 2-3 sushi rolls and some onigiri. Afterwards, you serve your sushi on a beautiful platter with side dishes and sit down to eat together.
The chef is always available with tips and tricks and shows how to cook and season the sushi rice correctly.
If desired, the group can then move on to the second part and prepare some warm main courses and a dessert. If the event takes place in the chef's cooking studio, this is possible. If the event takes place at your company's premises, this will depend on the facilities available.
Who should definitely take part?
- For groups of 12 to 24 people.
- Well suited as a team event, for bachelor parties,, birthday parties or simply a cozy and delicious evening with family / friends.
