Are you new to gluten-free and the gluten-free breads and rolls you buy don't satisfy you? You've been baking gluten-free for a long time, but you just don't want your breads and rolls to taste the way you would like them to? Would you like to bake your gluten-free breads and rolls yourself, but don't have much time to do so? Then you've come to the right place!
What is the process?
Gluten-free bread and rolls that taste, look and smell “normal”... that's possible! In my baking class, we learn how to make gluten-free breads and rolls that are no different from breads containing gluten. Neither in taste nor in consistency. In my courses, I use the gluten-free flour blends I developed and use my special baking methods for them. I've developed my own recipes and baking methods to achieve perfect results when cooking and baking. Because my goal is to produce gluten-free baked goods that taste like they contain gluten.

Where does the course take place?
The baking class takes place in Scheidegg in the Allgäu on Lake Constance. There you will learn to bake together in Jessica's bakery. The bakery offers everything your heart could desire and is also completely gluten-free.
