What you’ll do in the class
In this course, we dive into the world of distilleries.
A short excursion into the different gin styles allows you to develop your own gin recipe. You then put together the botanicals from our wide range of products for your gin.
Next, you go to your own still and start the distilling process as instructed. In the meantime, sommelier Ute tells you exciting things about gin and answers your questions. Gin and tonic are available for tasting.
When your gin is distilled off, the alcohol content is determined and we fill it into a bottle with your personalized label.
At home, you can then shine with your own gin or let very special gin lovers taste it.
