Immerse yourself in Georgia's culinary world and enjoy an evening full of traditional food and unique wines.

Our Georgian cooking class with wine tasting in Berlin gives you the perfect opportunity to discover the diversity and taste of Georgia.

The cooking class lasts approximately 3 hours. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to end the evening at the location (up to 6 hours in total including cooking class).

 

We will prepare a traditional Georgian buffet together. It could look like this:

  • Katchapuri & Kubdari (baked, round dough patties filled with cheese/beef)
  • Baje (chicken or fried vegetables marinated in a cold walnut sauce)
  • Adjabsandali (Georgian vegetable stew, with fresh herbs & walnut
  • Badrijani & Prachli (fried eggplant with walnut paste/spinach & beetroot with walnut
  • salmon with adjika (baked salmon with herb crust and chili marinade)
  • Red wine & white wine parfait with red berries
