About this class
Da Mane is leading this very special brewing course.
Mane is played by cabaret artist and actor Manfred Abholzer, who, in addition to many theatre productions (e.g. Theater.Bayern, Tegernseer Volkstheater, Tölzer Naturschauspiele) and his own cabaret programs, also for Bavarian Television (e.g. “Dahoam is Dahoam”) or ARD (e.g. “Tatort”, “Polizeiruf 110”), ZDF (e.g. “Der Alte”), SAT1 (including “In Gefahr”), RTL (e.g. “Strassencops”), but also for movies in front of the camera. Currently on JOYN on “Lipsync Stories”.
Finally know what sub-fermented or top-fermented means, what actually is malt? Where do the damn headaches come from, and above all... who invented it? Questions that have always tormented beer drinkers. Now the in-depth half-knowledge is over! You will certainly be stuck with a lot of things in our comedy course, since “da Mane” is also a trained brewer and maltster, and was able to realize his brewing skills with the “Augustiner” for many years.

What you’ll do in the class
At your company, a restaurant or similar event location, we will arrive with our own equipment and off you go. Mane takes on a variety of roles to present the story and the style of beer in a funny way.
Finally, a “spoon up” is added to get the right momentum into the place before we leave again.
