Experience a lovingly designed Mama Blessing or classic baby party in Munich — a very special moment for the expectant mom and her loved ones. At NavinaSphere, we offer you a protected space full of mindfulness, connection and femininity, accompanied by an experienced doula.
Organize your event with a joint brunch; DIY rituals and soothing ceremonies can be booked as you wish. Our Mama Blessing can be expanded individually — e.g. with yoga, lifestyle events, manicures, pedicures or massages for even more relaxation and enjoyment.

What you’ll do in the class
Your day could look like this
- Welcome & *yoga (60 min) with trainer — a relaxed start to the day
- Private brunch (standard). Hot drinks, spritzers, water & prosecco
- DIY workshop of your choice, *led by our doula (e.g. candle casting, making Mala cell phone chains, etc.) combined with a ceremony or ritual.
- Beverage flat rate included
- Organization & cleaning — we take care of everything
