About this class
In this 2.5-hour workshop, you will dive into action & abstract painting: paint, brush, spatula, your hands and a large canvas are your playground. After a brief introduction to techniques and materials, you start with the background, build up your personal work of art layer by layer — without any previous knowledge, with space to experiment and try out. Your picture can be picked up from us after a dry period of at least 1 day.
What you’ll do in the class
- Relaxed arrival in the studio
- Inspiration & introduction — small creative ideas, presentation of materials & techniques
- Painting together — 2.5 hours full of color & space — everyone creates their own work
- Clothes & changing: You can get aprons from us, but we recommend clothes that can be colorful. There are moving facilities on site.
- Important note: Our location is on the 1st floor without an elevator and is therefore unfortunately not barrier-free.
- After a dry season of at least one day, your work can be picked up from us within two weeks of the event.
