Class description
Modern technology makes it possible: After just a short time, it is forgotten that the flight is taking place on the ground. The view of the scenery through the cockpit windows, the full functionality of the control elements and the deceptively real background noise from the sound system create an absolutely realistic impression and get your hands wet.
We'll show you everything you need to know for your first simulator flight. Our experienced instructors not only teach beginners the necessary steps for an unforgettable experience, but can also give aviation-trained participants an even deeper insight into what is happening in the cockpit.
What can I expect at the flight simulator in Frankfurt am Main?
In the briefing, you will find out why an airplane flies. We will explain the most important operating and control instruments in the cockpit using photo/video recordings. Then you will independently take control and “responsibility” for the concentrated technology and electronics. All of this is done under the expert supervision and guidance of a commercial pilot or professional pilot.
In a follow-up discussion (debriefing), you will have the opportunity to discuss the experience you have gained with your crew colleagues and the instructor.
