Wild herb tours - experience nature

I am Nicole and I am at home in the beautiful Lower Rhine region. I've always felt close to nature at heart — but feeling with my heart is different from really integrating it into everyday life. For a long time, my heart's desire was hidden under many other tasks, jobs or (supposed) other wishes — until the weekend when I met my Big Five for Life (John Strelecky) during coaching. After these valuable insights, there was no stopping me — I decided to listen to my heart and start training as a herbal teacher at the Gundermann School in Cologne in April 2021, which I successfully completed in April 2022. My heart project “Wild Herb Trails” was born. And the journey continues, of course, with new ideas and further education: I am now also a wilderness forest bathing mentor, VHS lecturer.

What do I associate with wild herbs and nature?

Small adventures right on our doorstep, diversity and variety due to the seasons and weather changes, peace and relaxation, mindfulness, gratitude, just being like that and enjoying nature, new tastes — because every edible herb tastes different —, joy, being an explorer, staying curious and learning new things.

Discover nature on your doorstep — a delightful experience for the senses. I will help you and your family to consciously perceive the beauty of nature and gain knowledge in a playful way. Leave everyday stress behind and enjoy relaxing moments in nature!

Tour details:

My tours take place with a maximum of 10 people so that everything remains a personal setting and I also have enough time and space for your question. These are mostly private tours or private groups, e.g. as a birthday present.

I can also offer company events with max. 10-13 people.
