Dr. Dodo Liadé comes from Ivory Coast and describes himself as an “ambassador” of African cuisine in Europe. The desire to cook was awakened as a child. He studied agricultural economics, development sociology, ethnology, politics and philosophy in Paris, Göttingen and Munich. After completing his studies, he settled in Munich. Over the years, he introduced African cuisine to many European friends, acquaintances and large companies.
Dr. Liadé is the inventor and owner of the organic brand voodoofood. The doctoral political scientist is an amateur chef and book author.
His book “Voodoofood The Magic of African Cuisine” is available in bookstores.
