Making people happy with food is his job. Trained in Kassel at the renowned hotel “zum Steinernen Schweinchen”, Ulrich learned the craft of cooking from scratch. As a new chef, he went to the most exciting and colorful city in Germany: Berlin! Ulrich gained his first experience in fine dining at the various star restaurants in the capital. Having seen a lot but not yet learned enough, Ulrich went to Avignon in French Provence to learn the refinement of French cuisine. After this instructive stay, Ulrich asked himself the following question: What do you do now with all this cooking knowledge? Keep it to yourself? Ulrich decided to pass it on under the name “Cooking Experience.” Cooking together, having fun and learning something is the idea of “experience cooking”.
