I am a trained plant-based chef with over a decade of experience in vegan restaurant kitchens. I have worked with restaurants across Europe and the UK, including fine dining, and have been vegan myself for more than 12 years. I am passionate about balanced, healthy vegan food made from accessible and affordable ingredients. My mission with these courses is to show that plant-based cooking doesn't have to be complicated or restrictive — it can be deeply satisfying, flavorful, and grounded in simple techniques.

Through my cooking classes, I bring the knowledge and skills I've gained over years of professional kitchen experience into the home cooking process, adapting them for everyday life. The classes are designed as hands-on, small-group experiences with a maximum of 15 participants. What makes them special is the focus on practical skills, flavor-building, and understanding ingredients — helping participants confidently transfer what they learn into their own kitchens, rather than just following recipes.
