Ich habe jahrelange Erfahrung in der Hotelbranche und habe in mehreren berühmten Hotels in ganz Europa gearbeitet. 1990 erfüllte ich mir meinen langersehnten Traum und eröffnete die “Caipi-Colada Bar" in Hamburg. Die Bar und meine Cocktails haben eine Besonderheit. Alle Einflüsse und Inspirationen, die ich auf meiner einjährigen Karibikreise gesammelt habe, fließen in die Bar unmittelbar ein.
