I was warmly welcomed with a coffee of choice.
First, we were taught the basics of making coffee, and we could ask questions at any time.
The practical part was carried out on very high-quality, especially very quiet and temperature-constant machines. Due to the small size of the group, the course instructor was always available to help.
In general, it was very nice to talk to a luminary about coffee. But also highly recommended for beginners.

Welcome to my website, my name is Cüneyt Kocatas. I am a professional Barista Coach and coffee sommelier and would like to introduce you to my work here.
After studying with a focus on hotels and restaurants, I worked intensively on the topic of coffee and opened my own coffee shop. At the same time, I was able to gain valuable experience in system catering. As a Barista Coach, I work internationally, give training courses and support coffee shop openings.
