In this workshop, you will learn about a special casting and layering technique: the frame candle. The result is a fascinating object which, depending on the angle, acts as a candle or decorative wax object. Under expert guidance, you will pour two of your own candles and also design several artistic wax pendants. You will learn how to properly process, layer and shape wax, and in the end you will take home your own unique pieces. Ideal for anyone who wants to get creative and try out an unusual craft technique.

What to bring to the class
You don't have to bring anything but a good mood and a desire to create. All materials and tools are provided. We only recommend clothes that can get dirty.
What is included in the class?
The price includes expert instructions, all necessary materials such as wax, wicks, molds and tools, as well as two self-cast candles and several wax pendants that you take home.

What you’ll do in the class
At the beginning, I will explain the frame candle technique and show you the various coating and casting steps. First, pour and mix the colors for the cut-out shapes. You can freely choose the shapes. In the frame, they later look like small works of art enclosed in the candle. Then pour your own two candles step by step and create several wax pendants. I will accompany you throughout the workshop and give tips to make your work a success. At the end, you let your pieces harden and take home your homemade unique pieces.
