About this experience
In this pottery course, you will learn construction techniques (beading, plate and thumb techniques) and try them out. With these techniques, you can implement your ideas and express your creativity. You'll learn a lot about using clay and tools. If you already have experience, you can simply make pottery to your heart's content. I offer the course in my pottery workshop for a maximum of 3 people and support you in implementing your ideas. If the suggested dates don't fit your schedule, we are happy to make an individual appointment.
How does this experience take place?
After a brief introduction to using sound and getting to know the most important tools, I will explain the various techniques. And we'll just try them out. If you have specific ideas, we will discuss the implementation options. This can create small vessels (mugs, cups, bowls, lanterns, candle holders, etc.) or even small sculptures. These must then dry for 2 - 3 weeks before being fired. I then glaze them in your chosen glaze and bake them again. You can either pick up your finished pieces afterwards or I will send them to you by post if you wish.
