How does this experience take place?
- You will receive a short introduction to experimental collaging.
- You choose suitable materials for your collage from magazines, papers, textures, image fragments and textiles.
- You experiment with cut edges, overlays, layers, and transparencies.
- Step by step, you will develop your own large-format paper collage in DIN A3 format. In doing so, you break up existing forms, reassemble them and try out different compositions.
- At the end, you take your individually designed paper collage home.
Your course instructor will support you during the design process with suggestions and practical tips. The focus is on experimentation and the creative process instead of a perfect end result.
