What you’ll do in the class
- The course is expected to last around five hours.
- You will be welcomed and briefly introduced to the topic of African cuisine.
- You then split into 3-4 groups, and each group cooks their own menu — from the first to the last course.
- After cooking, the dishes are prepared and served.
- Then all you have to do is enjoy!
